Greenwood Grange is a cottage complex in Dorchester. Henchard is a luxuries single storey thatched cottage and offers a huge amount of living space. Within the grounds there is an onsite shop, indoor swimming pool, 7 acres to explore and walks on the doorstep and beach within a short dive.
For special occasions private chef can be arranged along with holiday hampers and picnics!
The Old Post Office – 4 bedrooms, sleeping 8 – Nr Milford on Sea, Hampshire
Located in Keyhaven, near Milford on Sea is this seaside cottage, sleeping up to 8, perfect for two families with two children or babies. There is a small enclosed garden, walks and cycle routes directly from the front door. There is a boat yard that is perfect for crabbing and a sandy beach not too far away.
The Farmhouse – 6 bedrooms, sleeping 12 – Suffolk
This farmhouse is located on a child-friendly farm-stay in Suffolk along with other self-catering cottages. It has an enclosed garden with hot tub, plus has full access to all the facilities on the farm including an indoor swimming pool, an indoor play barn with toddlers soft play and feeding the farm animals.
Libbear Barton – Toad Hall, 7 bedrooms, sleeping 16 – Beaworthy, Devon
Toad Hall is part of another cottage complex in Beaworthy, Devon. It is a beautiful Georgian house with views across the woods and fields on Libbear Barton. This wonderful cottage has a number of bedrooms including a Goldilocks dormitory with four single beds that the children will LOVE! There are a number of facilities onsite including the indoor swimming pool games room and a playroom.
Caterers can be arranged and there can be salad box delivered. There is The Stables that can be hired for a special occasion, it is great for dining and can sit up to 40 people.
Slate Cottage, 4 bedrooms, sleeping 9 – New Forest, Hampshire
Private cottage in the New Forest National Park, perfect for families looking to holiday together for a special occasion. It is beautifully decorated and has a playroom for the little ones Only a 5 minute walk to shops and just a mile and half to the Hampshire coast.
Caters can be arranged for an occasion or if guests didn’t fancy cooking on one of the evenings.
North Hayne Farm – Jeremy Fisher, 5 bedrooms, sleeping 10 – South Molton, Devon
Another fabulous family-friendly cottage on a super fun farm-stay, perfect spot for a group holiday in Exmoor. The barn has a private garden with a hot tub and offers countryside views. Lots of facilities onsite including daily animal feeding, games room for all ages and play barn for under 7s.

Osea Island, Captains House, 7 bedrooms, sleeping 22 – Essex
A very large house located on the Osea Island sitting on the water’s edge.. The cottage is mainly on one level spread across extensive gardens, grounds and incredible views and private stairs leading down to the beach. There are no visitors allowed on the island only guests and island staff. On the island there is an outdoor heated swimming pool and a clubhouse with games and a comfortable lounge
Coulscott House, 8 bedrooms, sleeping 15 – Nr. Combe Martin, Devon
This wonderful holiday home is actually made up by opening a secret internal door of two smaller properties, The Georgian House and The Old Farmhouse. The internal door is disguised by as a bookcase! When opened, it creates multiple living areas and there is a private garden with two hot tubs. Coulscott House is set in 12 acres of woodlands with other cottages onsite, plus facilities such as an indoor heated swimming pool, play barn and animals to meet and greet.
Croft Farm & Celtic Cottages, Croft House, 6 bedrooms, sleeping 12 – Nr. Cardigan
This farmhouse it set across 6 acres of countryside. Walled private garden with large decked patio and hot tub. Croft Farm has lots of fun activities including daily animal feeding, indoor swimming pool, indoor play barn and outdoor adventure play areas.
Chef can be arranged to come in and cook and serve dinners and even breakfasts for those special occasions or for anyone that doesn’t fancy cooking.
Gitcombe Estate, Gitcombe House, 6 bedrooms, sleeping 12 – Totnes, Devon
Fabulous Georgian 5 star country house located within the Gitcombe Estate. There is a large country kitchen as well as a formal dining area. Enclosed front garden and rear garden. The Estate has facilities including indoor and outdoor swimming pool, sauna, steam room and tennis courts. Indoor soft play and outdoor play area.

Ploughmans Cottage, 6 bedrooms, sleeping 10 – Nr, Lymington, Hampshire
Located in the New Forest National Park, close to beaches and only 3 mlies from Lymington. Lots of fun kiddie play equipment, including a very cool mini gypsy caravan in the garden. As well as the private house, within the garden there is a also a rustic ‘shed’ with a four poster bed and a little kitchen with its kitchen basics.
Chefs and meal deliveries can be organised as well as lots of extra options if you have a special occasion.
