The estate offers 14 acres of beautiful grounds to explore and within those grounds there is a lot of fun to be had, both indoor and outdoor!
In the warmer months there is an outdoor swimming pool with a surrounding terrace, sun loungers and wooden benches. The swimming pool is gated and secured.
There is an indoor swimming pool and sauna room, with decking and lounge area just outside to relax. Plus an outdoor hot tub sunk into the decking, perfect for stargazing in the evenings, with stunning views of the Dartmoor National Park.
All of the holiday cottages are toddler-friendly and within the grounds there is plenty to keep the youngest members of the family entertained on holiday: indoor playroom with soft play and Devon Rockers. Guests also have access to the toy shed where they will find crabbing lines, bucket, spades, windbreaks, tennis rackets and balls.
There is a full sized tennis court, basketball net, , wooden swings and an enormous Jurassic style children’s adventure playground.
Footpaths direct to surrounding countryside and pubs, seeing what the wildlife as to offer, hares, deer’s, bluebells and so on.
