Usborne is a world leading independent children’s book publisher. Did you know they they are actually a family business too, just like us at Holiday Tots : ) – Peter Usborne, dad and founder started working in children’s books just before he became a parent himself. 15 years on he is still involved and works alongside his daughter Nicola. Peter’s son, Martin also works in publishing and together the three of them run a charity founded by the Usborne family called The Usborne Foundation
Where to start? Below are a few products we’ve tried and loved but there are hundreds if not thousands of books and activity sets available – i’m confident you will find something for every child on their website.
AND… if you would like to win a collection of five Osborne Books perfect to travel head over to our competition here:

Fingerprint Activity Books
We came across these cute activity books a while back. I reached out to Usborne and they were kind enough to send some over for us to try out. We have been fans of Usborne since Georgia was little. We love their products in our house. Sticker books, journals, travel books so were very excited to try the Fingerprint activity books. In short – they are a winner.
I love that you can use these books at home or while travelling, be it a car journey or a flight- just remember to have a pack of wet wipes on hand to clean those messy fingers. The book comes complete with a rainbow coloured ink pad so everything is in one place. The bright pages are engaging and Georgia LOVED completing the pictures.
The books come in 2 different age groups, a 3 + and a 6 +. They are really high quality and will make great gifts. You can grab them from Usborne direct for £9.99 (sometimes you can find them on Amazon for a little cheaper so its worth checking)

Travel Activity books / cards
They also sent us some fab travel activity books / cards which would be great on your next adventure. The Travel Activity book was great on a long layover and Georgia and I had loads of fun with the ’50 things to do on a plane’ cards. They really do have a wide range of books / things to keep little ones entertained. I would highly recommend their products.

Discalimer: We are in no way affiliated with Usborne, we happily received a collection of books to review but we do not earn any commission through click throughs.
