Pitt Farm has a total of seven holiday cottages ranging from a Visit England Four Star Gold to Five Star. The cottages range in various sizes from the smallest cottage sleeping 2 (plus cot), with the largest sleeping 12. Ideal for small families planning a quiet getaway larger families and groups of friends and for multigenerational celebrations.
All holiday cottages can accommodate at least one cot and highchair, with most having space for more. So that families do not have to load the car with lots of baby and toddler equipment, the owners can provide the following equipment to the cottage, free of charge…

- Toddler plates, bowls and cups
- Changing mat
- Toddler step
With a number of books and small toys in the cottages for the little ones too!
Each cottage has a large private garden or terrace equipped with a charcoal barbecue and seating area.

Woodland and grounds, 10 acres of beautiful South Hams countryside. Cross the stream into the meadow, ready to explore the small woodland area. The little ones enjoy playing hide and seek amongst the trees. There is plenty of wildlife to watch out for too, foxes, deer, pheasant, owls and squirrels.
Animal feeding, one of the main highlights for most families staying at Pitt Farm is the interaction with all the animals and the daily feeding tours. Alpacas, ponies, chickens and pigs, love to see a friendly face or two.
Indoor swimming pool, the pool is open all year round and has a basket of floats, noodles and water toys. There is a WC, shower and changing room.
Outdoor play area, swings, monkey bars, climbing wall and slides. There is also a 14-foot trampoline and boules court.
Games Barn, outdoor covered games bar with table tennis and table football. Popular space for the slightly older children.
Zip wire, 30 metre twin zip in the Alpaca paddock, great for the children to let of some stream.
Honesty Shop, offering eggs from their free-range hens, local luxury ice cream and freshly bakes bread and croissants. Ready meals for a quick meal and some luxury treats too!
Tennis court with racquets and plenty of balls available, families can take on the full size tennis court! Children’s racquets also available.

Towns, Families can explore some fab towns such as Totnes, regularly named as one of the happiest places in the UK to live. Salcombe, a sailing town with independent shops. Knightbridge, with farmers market and shops. Then you have Dartmouth, a historic naval town.
