We had the pleasure of being invited to Little Angel Theatre to see their latest show, Miniature Travelling Circus. Aimed at children aged 2 to 5, this 40-minute performance was the perfect blend of charm, interaction, and pure fun – ideal for toddlers and their families.
Getting There Traveling from Hertford was a breeze! We hopped on a train from Hertford North to Essex Road and enjoyed a short walk to the theatre – just five minutes, or ten if you’ve got a little one in tow!
The Experience The theatre itself was so cosy and intimate, which made us feel like part of the show right from the start. Lucky children even got to go up on stage! Rupert, our little one, had a blast, especially when the bunnies, Flip and Flop, took the spotlight. Flip had a cheeky hiding spot inside the ringmaster’s hat, and the audience—children and adults alike—helped find Flop, much to everyone’s delight.
Highlights of the Show The Miniature Travelling Circus was filled with tiny, adorable acts that had the kids cheering and fully engaged. The interactive elements were a big hit, with little ones eagerly helping the circus performers with the magic tricks and puppet acts. Rupert’s favourite part? Definitely the mischievous bunny duo, Flip and Flop!
